Returning an Item

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order.
At this time, returns are only accepted for orders shipped within the United States.

To start your return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the simple steps provided. Make sure your item(s) meet the conditions below before sending them back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at support@urbanprestigeshop.com.
We will review the issue and may offer a full refund to your original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our facility.
Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Cancelled Orders

If your order was cancelled before shipment or if an item could not be fulfilled, you will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
