Frequently Asked Questions
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. For shipping:
USA Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days; USA Express Shipping: up to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
You can request an order change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, items are processed quickly and may already be on their way, so changes may not be possible.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track My Order page and enter your order details for real-time updates.
You can return items within 15 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Returns are currently only available for customers in the United States.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To swap an item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
